At Melo Melo, we take pride in providing our customers with high-quality leather goods. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@melomeloleather.work to request an exchange.
Please note that we do not offer refunds. Exchanges are only available for products that are damaged or defective upon receipt. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received. The original packaging must also be included.
If you need to exchange an item, please email us at info@melomeloleather.work with your order number and details about the product you would like to exchange. We will respond within 2-5 business days with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
